Guess it was a tough Monday for everyone today but on the bright side, my cells are adhering to the surface modified scaffold #nerdforlife and tomorrow is a public holiday! Went home with Desmond today and he spent some time with me before he went home for dinner today. Thankful girl is thankful ya.
Met Marcus on the way home on Monday HAHAHA been so long since i last saw him since majority of the ball group have enlisted. Ah i miss basketball ya :(
Short wednesday with FYP and nothing else. Met my mum at Bishan for Pizzahut lunch and went home to nua a little before making my way to town for work briefing. They gave us free base, foundation and cleansing milk HAHAHA which is not bad because the foundation retails at $70. And well, it was really not bad to use too.
Thursday was IS and training day. Mindquest seems very interesting! World issues was alright but my head has like almost zero knowledge of world affairs. I dont like to read up on them because i feel that there are too many devastating issues around the globe and it affects me to know about them. So i choose the cowardly way out which is to just ignore HAHAHA. Doesn't really seem like me to have such a weak heart eh?
Friday was a normal FYP friday. Seeded our cells onto the scaffolds and they are growing fine yay. Intended to help Malvina and Shana with their weekly fish war but they accomplished much more than we expected when we headed downstairs towards the aqua lab hahaha. Thumbs up.
So Saturday was the start of my flyer job which i will NEVER take up again. I can take hardship, but flyers just ain't worth it. EQ training though, because when people treat you like you're invisible and walk right past when the piece of paper is hovering in front of their damn face, you just want to slap them. Standing in flats (with slight heel) for 6 hours whilst smiling is no joke because my cheek muscles get so tensed i forget how to not smile sometimes.
I look like a dancer too :p
Parents sent me over to NYJC for CanvasI but i only managed to catch 10 minutes of it. Only a short meetup with Zoey because she had to clear up and everything. Had dinner/supper with the rest and Yuefeng sent me home afterwards. I forced him to HAHAHA. Oops.
Sunday was another work day but the traffic is much better there at Orchard MRT. Flyers could clear much faster. Oh and i always meet friends at town! Jiahui, Calvin and Brenna on Saturday. Ming, Alina and Jiahui on Sunday. Thank you so much to the guy and his girlfriend who stole my whole stack of flyers too!
