So i'm kinda late for my blog post but that's because i was trying hard to be a nerd yo.


Last Monday was another monday which i've totally forgotten whatever had happened except the fact that i attended GAP lecture. I think i had a PRCT test that day too. And a PRCT presentation the next day with the submission of our IACUC protocol. Well, i didn't do well for both of them. Scraped through my quiz and lost some marks thanks to not reading the question properly again HAHAHA.

Last Wednesday was quality time with Malvina! Somehow we were both in school but i forgot why, then we went over to her house to have teatime eating mac&cheese, smoked salmon and quail eggs. We were having much fun stalking people and laughing at everything HAHAHA. Love ya very much. Last Thursday was my WISP presentation which went much better than we expected. Had much fun and laughter with HuangZheng and BaiNing in the weekly boring classes. They made WISP much better!

I vaguely remember last Friday being a FYP day and that i saw Mr Yip in the morning. So he asked me how i was, and i replied i was good then i went to cross the road for my bus and poor him continued to wait for a cab. My mum just reminded me that i went to eat the addictive meetaimak soup for dinner on Saturday and i just remembered that i went over to Malvina's house again before that. Successful GAP lecture side notes copied from hers this time. I tried the Thai food and it was really good! Can't wait to eat there again. Shuhui bought over some chweekueh for us too.. but he put them into a container.. which was flooded with oil.. HAHAHA.

Went over to Gordon's stall for lunch and bought new shower foam. Now i can smell super nice everyday! And it really smells super nice. Dove - Beauty Nourishing HAHAHA. Desmond came over for a short while to study but we kind of failed. Oh well, it was still time spent with him!

So Monday was PRCT tutorial and GAP revision lecture. Tuesday was free day to have lunch with my mum at Hougang Mall. Bought oreos to make some oreo crush at home too heheh. Met Desmond after his study session at Woodlands for a short chatting session before he went home to read even more.


Wednesday, Thursday and Friday were spent with Esther doing FYP. Tough life it was but we did embedding, tried sectioning and was trained to use confocal microscope. Had consultation with Dr Lee Kim Sung too! He is really very nice ya. His dedication to teach the students led him to sitting in the consultation room for the whole day. Tough.

Received the email for the OMA trip today! Happy to be given this chance but i'm having mixed feelings partly because of my overly worrying mum and i only know two people going on the trip. I hope everything turns out well, can't wait to learn more details of the programme.
