Went out with my aunt and my mum to have my mala xiang guo lunch at Hougang Mall before she accompanied me to Somerset to send my phone for repair. Sony phones giving me problems forever. We had dessert at Food Republic too! Refreshing ice kachang which i haven't had for a long time HAHAHA.
Satisfied my prata craving at Sri Sun Express in Kovan with some of the basketball guys. Attendance as shown in the picture below.
Sacrificing my face to be fat for the greater good
Our towers HAHAHA
Glad that our conversations are still filled with subtle burns, minor insults and of course tons of laughter! We bought two towers (one milo and one tehbing) which we obviously did not finish but it was funny so i guess it was kinda worth it? HAHAHA. Met Jian Heng for a jog at night post-dinner and i was a joke that got tired easily and stopped like 4 times in between our hour run LOL. Now my legs are aching from it. But it was a good simple catchup with an old friend!
Monday was MOHH camp briefing for the facilitators. Nice to see Yifen again after so long and nice to meet new people too! William went through the main pointers with us before we proceeded to plan a little of our camp performance and try out some games. Took some weird photos too HAHAHA.
So there i am carrying people
And again
And sort of again
It was fun though HAHAHA we laughed like mad. Pretty excited to start the camp and talk to people even though it's going to be kinda torturous but hopefully better than last year. Made my way to my grandma's house for dinner after that. Absolutely love her fried rice and it's still as yumz as always. Precious family time is good. My cousin came over too and well we're nuaish as always HAHAHA. Don't know what we're doing with our lives sometimes LOL.
Had a short gym session with Mal today at Tampines despite aching legs (weak kid goh). My logic is that, little things done are still better than nothing done. Right, right?? HAHAHA all is well. We had Khon Thai for lunch with my mum and although some things have changed here and there (like the flour and oil they use etc), it was still super good. Three of us had like 1 tomyam fried rice, 2 tomyam seafood soup, 1 prawn cake and 1 prawn omelette. Super satisfying meal, we all have happy tummies now heh. Rested at Mal's house for a short while before she drove us out to collect the Taobao items and dropped us near Bedok Camp. Thankful for her company to exercise with me and to drive me around! Mum and I had dinner at Hougang One after some grocery shopping too. Finally had some decent chicken rice HAHAHA. Yay for local food!
Out the whole day tomorrow, and then camp, and then out on weekends and probably repeat for the next week. Busy busy. Dreading fly off date already.
