I know it's been almost a month since i last blogged but this one month has been spent on essays essays and essays. Assignments have been kinda mental. Since i've just finished one due on Tuesday, i decided to give myself a break today. Plus the fact that i'm burning up a fever now. I dont think brains work when you have a fever because i couldn't even finish my sudoku today.
Time passes fast when you're doing nothing.
So obviously my oh-so-good memory wont be able to help me remember every single day in the past month but i'll update snippets of what i can.
Other than the usual school and netball matches, the first (sort of interesting) thing would be Student Welcome Reception 2017. Didn't like the lighting and atmosphere as much as the one last year but we sat through the dinner still. Don't think we'll go for the one next year though HAHAHA it was rather boring except for the fact that we got to dress up and look at other pretty people.
My current housemates vs my ex housemates HAHAHA
And it was also the day i finally got my own pet (again)! Super cute (little shit) cat HAHAHA. Introducing the 4 year old ragdoll, going by the names of Brooklyn, Moggy, Mogz, Darling, Stupid girl and Stupid cat.

Purring machine
This little shit has been throwing tantrums and peeing on my bed and she's been an expensive little shit too because of all the vet fees from the ear infection that hasn't resolved. But she's still super cute nonetheless, how could i not love her?
Another bigger thing would be the blueblacks i got from netball. They were hugeee and i kinda like huge bruises (i know i'm weird). It's funny how they were a little bump but now they're all gone.
Next would probably be my short return to Singapore from 6 - 11 April HAHAHA. So i met Alvin on the Friday afternoon for lunch at Jem's Chirchir (or something like that, a korean chicken restaurant). The chicken was pretty good (and pricey) and surprisingly filling. We had Starbucks after that to satisfy my caffeine craving HAHAHA.
What happens you have tall friends | Basketball in the rain
Yes my shirt is too big because my fat brother couldn't fit into the Adidas tops i got for him. The size was perfect before i started this semester and now he has grown so much... (horizontally). Anyway, i got to play basketball with my peeps too! Played in the rain because i couldn't resist not playing and thankfully the court dried up towards the end so i got to run around abit. Can't wait for more when i'm back!
Met Kaiwen for dinner at Hougang Mall (i love it when people choose to meet at nearby places HAHAHA) and i introduced him to the mala thing in Kopitiam! I made another human fall in love with it HAHAHA i'm proud of myself. Brought him to Punggol Park to prove that it's a peaceful place too, good thing he liked walking! It was a good thing he was late because i finally had time to sit myself down with a book in the library while waiting for him. Me time is important isn't it.
Had Arnold's for lunch with Adam, dragged him out of his cave even though i forgot to bring the book i bought for him back to Singapore. I should have made him come over to Hougang Green instead, no idea why i didn't. Headed back to Bedok for Pets Lover Centre and he picked out a collar for Mogz. Now she has a silver (reflective, cool hey) polka dot collar!
Visit Gordon's Mum for a little while at her stall before dinner. Dinner was curry fish head at Kovan with Zoey and Yuefeng! We finally got to eat Hatter Street after a long time of wanting to eat it together. Their matcha latte isn't too bad! Thankful that they always make time for me whenever i'm back, it really means a lot.
John brought me coffee-tasting at Sunset Way during one of the days too. Specialty (atas) coffee but it tasted more towards tea to me. I think i have cheap taste buds, still prefer the kopitiam kopi or my 3-in-1 Paparich/Ahhuat white coffee at home. Still a good catch up with my mentor though! Wouldn't be here in Perth right now if it wasn't for him.

Long lost friend
I managed to get some time to visit Henry. Thanks for helping me print my assignment papers!! He was showing me his stash of army clothes (when i say stash, i mean heaps of them). Quite funny how we met on the basketball court and how it's been 7 years since then. Life passes by fast doesn't it?
AND GUYS I PASSED MY DRIVING TEST WHEEEEEE THANKFUL FOR A GOOD TRAFFIC POLICE EXAMINER THANKFUL FOR ALL THE WELL WISHES THANKFUL FOR THE PRAYERS THANKFUL FOR LUCK AND SUPPORT AND EVERYTHING YAY.
I'm a safe driver please donate me your car so i can practise more and become an even safer driver thank you.
I flew back to Perth the very night i passed my license. But silly me went all the way to the boarding gate and realised i didn't bring my laptop with me. I thank myself for being hardworking, thinking of doing work before getting on the plane that i discovered i didn't have my laptop with me HAHAHA. I felt so bad but thankfully my parents drove back home to get it for me and i still made it in time for my flight. Thankful that i stay in hougang, thankful that there wasn't much traffic and thankful that the staff was willing to help me. So many things to be thankful for everyday isn't there?
Back here in Perth facing my laptop doing work everyday again. Can't wait for this semester to end, but on the bright side, i'm already half way through! Feels super quick this time round, probably because of the non-stop assignments. I ought to stop stressing myself out so much too.
I'm just gonna go through my assignment once more and submit it tonight so i stop thinking about it hahaha. Didn't do anything productive the whole day but at least i'm feeling better after 2 panadols. Goodnight everyone! Enjoy the public holiday tomorrow and have a wonderful week ahead! :)
