Got into Division 1 for my ladies netball team and our first game yesterday went really well. So proud of my teammates for winning the game even with 6 players for 3 quarters. Injured my knee in the first quarter and couldn't get back on court afterwards. Felt really good playing in Div 1 though even if it was only for 10 minutes LOL. I hope my knee recovers soon. I don't even know what's the problem actually but i really want to get back on court.
Gonna skip netball tonight because i can barely put my pants on LOL i suddenly feel so useless. Good thing i'm not playing too because it's a 9pm game later on which means i get to go home after my neuro test HAHAHA and hopefully start doing some proper work. Probably get a second cup of coffee if needed. Can't believe i've grown so reliant on coffee.
So last week we tried the Epicurean buffet at Crown Perth. I think i ate too many prawns that day but the prawns were so yummy HAHAHA. Need to stop eating so much now that i can't exercise.

So yup we decided that we need a walk to digest the prawns swimming in my tummy HAHAHA so we drove to this national parks with wild kangaroos everywhere. They look so soft and furry and silly and cute!! Had my fluff therapy from a distance HAHAHA.

Back to jogging after 2 weeks of being sick and my timing was so bad. 17min 30s for 3km HAHAHA pretty embarrassing but that was with stitch so forgive my unfitness. Almost forgot how beautiful this stretch of road is, so glad to be back running along this coastline but i guess not anymore for awhile thanks to my knee.
Week 4 and haven't got my shit together. I need to get my shit together HAHAHA.
